What we do

We help Australian businesses and government agencies run modern, secure technology without the overhead of an enterprise IT department. Our work clusters around five areas: cloud platforms, identity and security, AI services, infrastructure and backup, and custom software.

Who you work with

Vivid is founder-led and deliberately small. The person who scopes your work is the senior engineer who delivers it: no account managers, no hand-offs, and direct accountability for every outcome. The founder holds an NV2 Australian Government security clearance and active Microsoft and ITIL certifications.

How we scale

When an engagement needs more hands, we onboard vetted Australian-based staff for that contract, never offshore. All delivery, support and data handling happens onshore in Australia, and we work within your security protocols, reporting requirements and deadlines.

Where we work

Our office is at 49th Floor, 8 Parramatta Square, Parramatta, in Sydney's second CBD, and we serve clients australia-wide. Most engagements are delivered remotely; on-site time is arranged where it materially helps.
