You speak directly with the engineer doing the work. We document as we go, leave a clean trail of decisions and explain the trade-offs in language your business can act on.

  • Discovery first

    We start with a fixed-fee discovery and a written architecture decision record. You decide whether to continue with us.

  • Identity at the centre

    Almost every engagement starts with a clean identity model. Strong identity makes everything else simpler.

  • Backup that works

    Backups configured but never tested are not backups. We run periodic restore drills and document RTOs and RPOs.

  • Plain documentation

    Runbooks, network diagrams and password vault entries that another engineer could pick up without a tour.

  • What size businesses do you typically work with?

    We focus on Australian SMEs and growing teams of around 5 to 200 people. We are happy to talk to start-ups and to in-house IT teams that need targeted help on a specific project.

  • Do you support businesses outside Sydney?

    Yes. We are based in Sydney and work with clients Australia-wide. Most of our work is delivered remotely, with on-site visits arranged as needed.

  • Can you take on a one-off project, or only ongoing work?

    Both. We do project-based engagements, security reviews, migrations and ongoing managed support. We can also provide a focused second opinion on architecture or a tender response.

  • Do you handle Microsoft 365 and Azure together with AWS?

    Yes. Many of our clients have a mixed estate. We treat identity in Microsoft Entra ID as the source of truth and federate AWS, SaaS apps and other clouds from there.

  • How do you charge?

    Most engagements start with a fixed-fee discovery, after which we agree either a fixed price for a defined scope, a monthly retainer for managed services, or time and materials for evolving work. We confirm everything in writing before starting.
