  • What size businesses do you work with?

    We focus on Australian SMEs and growing teams of around 5 to 200 people. We are happy to talk to start-ups and to in-house IT teams that need targeted help on a specific project.

  • Can you work with government?

    We can support government agencies and their panel suppliers on a defined scope, usually as a subcontractor. Get in touch to discuss requirements.

  • Do you work with MSPs and IT providers?

    Yes. We take on database administration, Azure and Microsoft 365 security reviews, cloud migrations and overflow project work for IT providers, under your brand if you prefer. We work inside your ticketing and documentation standards and never approach your clients directly, with a non-solicitation clause in writing.

  • Can you help us adopt Copilot or build custom AI tools?

    Yes. We cover the Microsoft AI stack (Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI), custom AI agents and integrations with Anthropic Claude and OpenAI APIs, and the governance to roll AI out safely.

  • Do you support businesses outside Sydney?

    Yes. We are based in Sydney and work Australia-wide. Work is delivered remotely by default, with on-site visits arranged as needed.

  • Can you take on a one-off project, or only ongoing work?

    Both. We do project-based engagements, security reviews, migrations and ongoing managed support. We can also provide a focused second opinion on architecture or a tender response.

  • Do you handle Microsoft 365 and Azure together with AWS?

    Yes. We plan mixed estates around a single identity: Microsoft Entra ID is the source of truth, and AWS, SaaS apps and other clouds are federated from there.

  • How do you charge?

    Engagements start with a fixed-fee discovery, after which we agree either a fixed price for a defined scope, a monthly retainer for managed services, or time and materials for evolving work. We confirm everything in writing before starting.
